Barbara started her advertising career in the broadcast production department of a Madison Avenue ad agency. She became a producer at a production company producing commercials for clients like EF Hutton, Smith Barney, United Airlines, General Foods, Anheuser Busch, Miller Beer, Ford, AT&T and UPS. After a successful career in Manhattan, she relocated to Litchfield County, CT and founded what?!. Barbara is a member of the Director's Guild of America, New York Women in Film and Television and serves on the board of directors of ASAP (After School Arts Program) in Washington, CT.
ronnie maddalena, creative director
Ronnie started her design career in New Jersey founding a graphic design studio in her own name. Adding to her range of services, Ronnie took on a partner and founded another company specializing in relationship marketing and customer loyalty programs. Their client list grew to include Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Cunard, UBS, Smith Barney among others. After a relocation to Litchfield County, CT in 2005, Ronnie joined what?! In addition, she is an avid painter and serves on the board of the Washington Art Association.

Michael has a portfolio of event production too long to list. He spent 18 years in the corporate world at Volvo Cars, managing new model introductions, incentive travel programs, trade shows, sports marketing and sponsorships. He founded Summit Events in 1997 retaining Volvo as a client and adding financial services companies, the Ford Motor Company and others. After selling Summit Events, he moved to Connecticut and joined what?!.

Rebekah Meola is a content strategist and brand strategy consultant with 12 years experience in the publishing field. After getting her start in the production and editorial departments of a boutique publishing company, Rebekah went on to found Plum Magazine, a national print publication for the 35+ women's market. Under her creative direction the magazine went on to win awards and recognition in leading national media. In 2009, she turned her attention to the digital sector, consulting to entrepreneurs on a range of internet and social marketing activities that fall under the umbrella of content marketing.
